The workshop assures that everyone’s needs are met by including specialized break-out sessions and individual instruction when appropriate. Relevant materials are supplied to attendees prior to the workshop.

Constructive critiquing of attendee work provides the kind of feedback that accelerates learning. A mix of structured and informal sessions in a relaxed, stress-free environment at sea stimulates the creative process.
